Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-value customer experiences by resolving inquiries across voice, email, and digital chat platforms.
- Use internal systems and logic to provide precise, data-backed solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert by mastering client products and service offerings.
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs while maintaining high quality standards.
- Implement resolution strategies that align with organizational frameworks to ensure a standardized yet personalized service delivery.
- Manage the full inquiry lifecycle, including proactive follow-ups for a frictionless experience.
Required Skills
- Language proficiency: Excellent English both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Windows/Apple OS, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Strong critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems.
- Highly adaptable to a dynamic business environment with the ability to learn new processes quickly.
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience is preferred; however, Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
