In this role, you will be the primary point of contact - providing high-quality support and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency. You will be the go-to person for customers seeking guidance, troubleshooting, and support.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues across voice, email, and live chat channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, reliable solutions using established tools and processes.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client products and services to provide expert guidance.
  • Achieve assigned performance targets and KPIs while consistently adhering to established quality guidelines
  • Identify and implement solutions based on established organizational procedures and logic.
  • Take ownership of the customer journey by following up on outstanding inquiries and ensuring a seamless resolution process.

 

Required Skills

  • Exceptional command of the English language with a focus on professional verbal and written communication.
  • Digital fluency, including proficiency in Windows/Apple OS, Microsoft Office, Google applications.
  • Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills used to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • Resilient and professional demeanor when navigating challenging or high-pressure situations.
  • Highly adaptable to a dynamic business environment with the ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Productive in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to participate in team initiatives and support colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts to support global operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience is preferred; however, Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work as a team member as well as independently based on program requirements.
